Chocolate does not freeze dry, as part of the freeze drying process the product may end up with a “white” shell due to the reheating of the chocolate in the freeze dryer

Freeze dried lollies do not like heat or direct sunlight causing the product to heat and sweat as it will ruin.

Store in a dry, cool dark place like a pantry cupboard. 

Make sure package is sealed properly so no air can enter the bag and spoil the product.

recommended to be consumed within 3 weeks of package being opened.
